Mind an empty canvas
Words flee me
Hands shake
Paper stares waiting its purpose
Doodle in the corner
Mind wonders
Memories flood my mind
Thoughts overwhelm my hand
Caressing lines on paper
Fingers stained by ink
Stories of heartbreak love and laughter
So I write
Holding each word like a timeless kiss
